All Journelle packages are mailed in branded Journelle boxes or soft envelopes.

3. Where do you ship to?
We ship orders to all states. We ship to EIRICA Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., India.
4. What carriers will you use to ship my order?
We use Shiprocket. For Standard Ground shipping, your parcel will be delivered to your particular city post office via ShipRocket for final delivery.
Tracking my order
You will receive an approval email with shipping data and a tracking number when your order is shipped.
5. When will my order be shipped?
If you place your book your order for 12:00 PM IST, it will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will be processed the next day. Shipping may take longer than usual during holidays or sale events.
6. How can I track my order?
To check your order status, log in to your account and go to the My Orders section.
If you don’t have an account, click on Follow Your Order at the bottom of the website. Then, enter your order number and last name.
From there, you can see your order details and use the Track Shipment option to follow your delivery.
7. Can I select the delivery date and time?
We’re sorry, but we don’t offer that option. However, you can have your order shipped to a different address, like your workplace, instead of your billing address.
8. I didn’t pick up my order on time. How will I get my refund?
If you don’t pick up your order within 10 days, it will be cancelled. You’ll receive an email informing you that your refund will be processed via the same payment procedure you used. The time it takes to see the refund depends on your bank.
9. Can I pay with cash on delivery for in-store pickup?
No, we don’t offer cash-on-delivery for in-store pickup. You’ll need to choose one of the available payment methods at checkout.
10. Does Eirica cover taxes and duties for international orders?
No, we don’t cover those costs. Taxes and duties depend on your country and are not included in our prices. The local shipping company will collect any extra fees when your order is delivered.
11. I live outside the country. When will I get my order?
We ship through trusted courier companies; delivery usually takes 5 to 7 days.
12 . How much is international shipping?
For orders outside India, shipping costs are based on the actual rates from our delivery partners.
13. I don’t live in India. Can I still order from Eirica?
Yes! We offer international shipping, so women worldwide can shop from Eirica.
14. How will my order be shipped?
We’ll send an email and WhatsApp message with tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.
15. What happens if my delivery fails?
If no one is there to receive the package, Shiprocket will try to deliver it up to three more times. They will leave a card with instructions each time.
After two failed attempts, Eirica Customer Care will email you to help with the delivery.
