4. Crumbled to Begin Again

The softened sheets are broken into small, fluffy crumbs.

5. Molecular Magic

The fibres are treated to enhance softness and flexibility.

6. Second Wash

A syrupy solution is formed, smooth and ready to spin.

7. Spun into Thread

The liquid is extruded through tiny holes, forming fine fibres.

8. Finished for Wear

The fibres are woven into soft, breathable fabric, ready to wear.
