Eligibility:
You can return or exchange an item if it is unworn, unused, and in its initial state with tags and packaging. For hygiene reasons, underwear and items marked “clearance sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

You can request a return or exchange within 7-10 business days of delivery by contacting our customer support with your order details and reason.
Return/Exchange Process:
Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a return approval with instructions. Pack the item securely with approval. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the error is ours.
Refunds and Store Credits:
After we receive and check your return, we’ll issue a refund using your original payment method. Shipping fees and restocking charges may be deducted.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may ask for photos as proof. Once verified, we’ll cover return shipping and offer you a refund, replacement, or store credit (if available).
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds are usually processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and check your return. Depending on your bank or payment provider, an additional period may be needed for the amount to show in your account.

All processes will start after our courier partner picks up the items, which takes 3–7 business days.
Note: All refunds will be initiated once we receive the items back in our warehouse in the required condition. Refunds can be sent using your original payment method or your Eirica Wallet. Refunds in the Eirica Wallet can only be used for future purchases.

- If you choose a refund to your Eirica Wallet, it will be added instantly.
- If you choose a refund to your original payment method or bank account, it may take 2–3 business days.

- GST may change according to the delivery city and the value of the products.
3. If I return the order, will the GST be refunded?
- Yes, the GST amount will be refunded, but freight charges are non-refundable.
4. If I cancel the order, will the GST be refunded?
- Yes, if the order is cancelled before shipping, both the GST amount and shipping charges will be refunded.
5. How is my refund amount calculated?
- Your refund will equal the final amount you paid (after discounts). If your order included free gifts, please return them to get a full refund. If you keep the gifts, a small charge per item (shown on your invoice) will be deducted from your refund.
6. How long does it take to issue a credit or refund?
- It usually takes 7-10 business days from the date we receive your request.
7. Will I get a complete refund for my order?
- Yes, if your order is cancelled or not delivered, you’ll get a full refund, including tax and shipping. Shipping charges will be deducted for returned orders.
8. What are the conditions for a refund?
- When you request a return, our pickup agent will verify the product:
- The tag must be intact.
- The item should not be used or washed.
- It must be in its original packaging.
If the product passes the check, your refund will be processed using your original payment method. If not, it won’t be eligible for a refund.
