Are sale items eligible for return or exchange?
Any sale items are final sale and are strictly not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item is faulty.
The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect. If the value of your order minus the returned item puts it below the free shipping threshold, please note we will deduct what the original shipping costs would have been from your refund. This is simply because we price our shipping fairly and will end up out of pocket otherwise. :)
The same applies for any free gifts which you would like to hang onto; if the return sends it below the free gift threshold we will deduct the cost of this from the refund.
What are the general return conditions?
Before you return your item please make sure they are unused and in a saleable condition, with any labels and tags still attached. To get started with your return, email Helpdesk@eirica.store. We're here to help!

How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If returning an item causes your order value to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
What happens to free gifts or incorrect addresses?
If a return brings your order below the free gift threshold and you keep the gift, its cost will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will not be provided for orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Refunds provided back to original payment method only.

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to our warehouse, however, if you would like to exchange the item/s there will be no further shipping charges to pay. So if you're unsure on sizing, you can order 2 sizes and return 1 to us!
